
Ingredients:
700g Vincent vegan crab chunk ( Remove from the boiled water and set aside to cool before you prepare the food)
1 cup cucumber chunk
2 sourdough sandwich rolls, halved and toasted
salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cup Vincent vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
fresh dill optional, to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Toss vegan crab chunks, cucumber, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
Stir in vegan mayonnaise and lemon until vegan crab is evenly coated.
Cover with top halves of rolls. Serve immediately.
