
Ingredients:
2 slices of ginger
Half carrots
1 tomato
20g Bok choy
1500cc water
10 pieces of Vincent mushroom beef chunks
2 bundles noodles
15cc olive oil
Seasonings:
30cc soy sauce
1 star anise
2 gm Sichuan peppercorn
2 pieces Licorice
1Bay leaf
10g Fermented black beans
15g black soybean sauce paste
5g rock sugar
Cooking Instructions:
1. Cut the carrots, tomatoes and Bok choy into the size you like and set aside.
2. Bring water to a boil. Add the carrots, tomatoes, ginger slices, olive oil and vegan beef chunks and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Then add all the seasonings and simmer for about 15 minutes.
3. Blanch the Bok choy and noodles until cooked, then remove from the pot, drain and set aside.
4. Put the noodles and Bok choy into a bowl, then add the soup and vegetables and vegan beef chunks.
